By initializing dynamic URL scans or configuring automated cron crawlers, you warrant and represent that you are the legal owner of the target domain or have explicit written authorization from the system owner to conduct security evaluations.

FortPilot Pro Enterprise tiers guarantee a 99.9% monthly uptime Service Level Agreement (SLA). In the event that service availability drops below 99.9% during any billing cycle, affected tenants are automatically credited pro-rated service credits against future invoicing.

All generated vulnerability reports, remediation code snippets, and AI threat syntheses created during active tenant sessions become the exclusive intellectual property of the subscribing client. FortPilot retains ownership of underlying neural scan algorithms and heuristic detection engines.

While FortPilot Pro employs state-of-the-art heuristic engines, automated vulnerability scanning is probabilistic. FortPilot Inc. shall not be held liable for undetected zero-day exploits or indirect operational disruptions resulting from security audits.
